Self-awareness is one of our most powerful tools for change. In individual sessions, I create a space for curiosity and self-reflection — where insight and practical support go hand in hand. Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes. People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons: self-exploration, life transitions, relationship difficulties, work stress. Some arrive with a specific concern and others just know something feels off. Either way, we'll figure out together what you need help with.

Depression

can affect anyone, even those whose lives look fine from the outside. It shapes how we think, dulls motivation, and can make the simplest tasks feel out of reach. Though shame often gets in the way of asking for help, support makes a real difference. I help clients understand the roots of their depression and work through the thought patterns and beliefs that keep it in place.

Anxiety

looks different for everyone. Some ways include trouble sleeping, physical tension, irritability, avoidance, or a constant low hum of overwhelm. I work with clients to understand what's driving their anxiety, address the underlying patterns, and build concrete strategies that reduce symptoms over time.

Relationships

shape us more than almost anything else. I help clients navigate the full range (family, romantic, friendship, professional) with more awareness and intention. This often means learning to communicate needs, set boundaries, and make sense of patterns rooted in earlier relational experiences.

Self-worth

Most of us struggle with self-doubt at times. But when a critical inner voice becomes the default, it quietly affects everything. I help clients identify the beliefs underneath their low self-worth and build a more honest, compassionate relationship with themselves.

Perfectionism

often masks as a strength, but it tends to fuel anxiety, block risk-taking, and quietly erode satisfaction. I help clients trace where these expectations come from, understand how they're getting in the way, and move toward a more grounded sense of what success actually looks like for them.

Life transitions

Change is hard, even when it's chosen. I help clients feel more stable and grounded during the transitions that shake up their sense of self or direction, whatever stage of life they're in.

Work & Career

take up enormous mental and emotional space, especially for people early in their careers or at a crossroads. I help clients understand their relationship with work, find better balance, and build the confidence to move toward what they actually want.
